Foundations (Concrete or Wood)
Although our domes don't need a foundation of any kind and can sit right on the ground, some will want to have pads under them. We have foundations for the InterShelter™ that are tailor made and look good.
Above is a photo of our domes with concrete pads. The round foundation in the front is a finished pad and the dome literally slips over the top onto a lip that it is then bolted too. With these foundations the domes become "Category 5" and are virtually indestructible. The foundation designs are approved by Washington state Departments of Labor and Health.
